This Ziegler & Co Oushak rug, 8' x 10'3", is handwoven from natural wool and organic dyes, capturing the timeless beauty and craftsmanship of antique Oushak rugs. Woven in Western Turkey since the beginning of the Ottoman period, these rugs are renowned for their soft wool, elegant designs, and rich colors. Many of the masterpieces of early Turkish carpet weaving, from the 15th to the 17th centuries, were created in this tradition.
