Kashan’s weaving produced some of the most desirable and best classical Persian rugs. This is a great example of an all-over design. Kashan rugs come from the historical city in Iran. The original Kashan dates back to the 17thCentury in royal workshops. Kashan rugs are usually made of tightly woven cotton and often show bright colors dyed by vegetable dyes.
